Lawyers Are Not Enemies

Abstract

Police officers have always thought that the defense lawyer is the one that hinders the successful work of police. This is a false and very dangerous idea. Students should be taught thoroughly about the tasks and the possibilities of the defense and the rules of ethics of law. Furthermore, we do not approve of the fact that very few classes are devoted to criminal procedure law, and students do not have to take a comprehensive examination from this subject.
