Experiences in the Education of Criminal Procedure Code to Law Enforcement Officers

Abstract

Criminal procedure law plays an outsanding role in the training of law enforcement officials. The subject is taught in the form of lectures in both full-time and correspondence training, and there is also an attached seminar in the full-time training. The Department of Criminal Procedure Law’s aim of work is to provide the necessary theoretical knowledge for students and it also includes the preparation for solving issues emerging in the practice. Besides that we also prepare students who are more deeply interested in criminal procedure law for competing at the National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference and other professional forums. This lecture shows the past, present and the future of this department in order to contribute to the completion of tasks regarding both education and research.
