The Question of Law Enforcement in the Oeuvre of the Earliest Scholars of the Hungarian Administrative Law and Study of Public Administration (Verwaltungslehre) at Monographic Level (1842–1855)
Abstract
This paper deals with a special question of the Hungarian administrative sciences in the 19th century. The author examines the questions of law enforcement in the monographs of the early scholars of Hungarian administrative law and study of public administration (Verwaltungslehre) from 1842 to 1862. The most important Hungarian scholars in administrative law and study of public administration (Verwaltungslehre) in these times are Ignác Zsoldos, Emil Récsi, and Ágoston Karvasy.
