Unsolved Psychic and Ethical Problems of the Policemen Works

Abstract

This study analyses emotional, ethical, moral and psychological problems arising from the social relations and work of police officers. The paper also discusses the methodology offered by psychology to manage the problems while also mentioning alternative solutions. The study attempts to find the answer to what chains of events cause changes in the personality of police officers during their career. The study explores and evaluates the effectiveness of the methods used in the treatment of psychological problems. The study examines the organizational effectiveness of the pastoral care model in the police force from the point of view of managing emotional and moral (handling corruption) problems arising from the profession of police officers.
