New Tendencies in Investigation, the Dominance of Technical Production of Evidence

Abstract

During current investigations officers face new types of challenges on a daily basis, which need to be solved urgently. Certain tendencies should not be neglected: firstly the production of tactical evidence, which frequently gets secondary role in the production of evidence. The second phenomenon closely related to the previous one is the appreciation of technical productions of evidence, both in the investigation and in the production of evidence.
