Assaults Against Representatives of Public Authority Committed against Police Officers from a Criminal Procedural Law Perspective
Abstract
The study deals with the question of military criminal proceedings in the Hungarian Criminal Procedural Code. Since the new concept of “soldier” appeared in the Hungarian Criminal Code, some jurisdictional problems have arisen in the criminal proceedings. The author analyses these problems and tries to provide possible solutions for the de lege ferenda legislation.
