Current Questions of the Organizational Culture of Law Enforcement Agencies

Abstract

At the beginning of the study, the author briefly introduces the topic of organizational culture describing the criteria of a strong organizational culture with its advantages. Then he introduces the characteristics of the bureaucratic organizational culture with its advantages and disadvantages. The main objective of the study by presenting a statistical analysis of a questionnaire survey, however, is to reveal the professional law enforcement workers’ opinion and suggestions regarding the organizational culture of law enforcement agencies, from the aspect of operational efficiency.
