The System of Law Enforcement in Móric Tomcsányi’s Works

Abstract

Móric Tomcsányi was a legal expert, scholar and member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in the first half of the 20^th century whose field of research was public administration and law enforcement. He expounds upon law enforcement in his book called: “The Hungarian public administrative and financial law: special (administrative) section”. In my opinion, his law enforcement framework and approach may have a lot to offer to modern law enforcement experts.
