Abstract

The authors first provide an overview of the role, structure, methodology and most important forums of Police Sciences in Europe and Hungary. Following this, they turn to the description of law enforcement higher education and the recently adopted framework of the Law Enforcement Doctoral School at the National Public Service University in Hungary.
