The science of law enforcement is an independent, interdisciplinary branch of science. After decades of often unscientific debates MAB (Hungarian Accreditation Committe) made a significant decision. It needs to be emphasized from time to time during the process of establishing the doctoral school of the science of law enforcement that this branch of science is connected with several other branches and criminological and (criminal) law research is of utmost importance.
