Bodies of Law Enforcement Outside State Administration

Abstract

Law enforcement is part of State Administration. It has state administrative and local administrative bodies, but it also has bodies  outside public administration. Act CXXX of 2010 is a relatively recent law investing this structure with new jurisdiction. The part of law enforcement which is outside state administration is responsible for more and more duties concerning law enforcement of the state.
