Abstract

This paper deals with a most current topic of management and economy. It is about the valueoriented and responsible management of business, companies, government offices and departments that strive for an up-to-date management while also taking into consideration the present living and working conditions as well as moral, ethical, and legal principles with the participation of all the staff. Besides, it aims at encouraging executive personnel to pursue the way of a leadership based on trust and cooperation and to release the individual potential of the members of staff to the benefit of all people involved as well as of the whole organization. To achieve this purpose, countless practical pieces of advice are given and various possibilities of cooperative leadership are suggested. Thus it is demonstrated, how the complex business of value-oriented leadership can be handled easily in times of radical social changes and current alterations. Finally, this article is intended to present a key to even greater success than achieved so far.
