Corruption or False Testimony?

Abstract

This criminal research is based on the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and deals with de lege ferenda questions and problems of the crimes against of criminal justice, especially examining corrupted witnesses who give untruthful evidence, provide false documents or false material evidence in criminal proceedings. Corruptly influencing a witness is related to the crimes against the purity of public life. Analysing the judgements in the subject of bribery and giving false evidence we may get solutions for dogmatic problems.
