The Intercultural Approach to Management of Migration Flow. Needs of Improving Intercultural Knowledge’s in the Hungarian Police

Abstract

Accelerated migration flow has made unavoidable the meeting of the Hungarian Police with Arab cultures, especially with Syrian culture. Resulting from migration flow and the planned EU refugee quota system, the Hungarian Police has to prepare for the future strengthening of the Arab minority, as soon as possible. The aim of this article is the comparison of the Hungarian and Syrian cultures in order for possible future cooperation and a safer future.
