The Outline of the Concept of Organized Crime II.

Abstract

This study is a continuation of a text, which deals with the problem of how over the past 100 years the notion of organized crime was used and defined by various law enforcement professionals, criminals and intellectuals. In other words the main question of this study is how organized crime evolved as a definition and as a describable phenomenon, how it was established and how, throughout its metamorphosis, it became a major threat for the modern nation state.
