The Research of the Law Enforcement Agencies’ Organizational Culture from the Aspect of Organizational Hierarchy and Service Period

Abstract

At the beginning of the study – as an introduction – the author describes a few law enforcement agency features which also influence the organizational culture of the authorities. Afterwards, he explains the methods used in the study and presents the results of the research and the consequences drawn from it. The study seeks to learn the differences between the opinion of professional staff of law enforcement agencies, based on organizational hierarchy and service period.
