The New Career Model for Law Enforcement is One Year Old (Part 2) — Introduction of the Career Model

Abstract

In the first part of this two-part article (Magyar Rendészet Vol. XVI. 2016/6.) we discussed the stages of the conceptual preparation of a new law enforcement career model, which was introduced in July 2015. The second part discusses the novelties of the law enforcement law and its implementing regulations, thus expounding in detail how a reliable and plannable career model for law enforcement personnel was realised in practice.
