Religion Practice in the Refugee Law
Abstract
There has been a sharp rise in the interest in the topic of migration recently in the sphere of law enforcement. The author of this study focuses on conscious issues and the freedom of religion of the people involved in migration. There are two main topics in the examination, which has been done with a focus on legislation issues. On the one hand, one’s beliefs and religion may be a basis of their being pursued, on the other hand, the people who are protected by the law of asylum must have a right to practise their religion freely. The author examines what actions are considered as the pursuit of religious beliefs based on international documents of law. The author also tries to highlight whether Hungarian citizens and migrants have equal right as the constitution defines.
