International Criminal Cooperation during the Development of Regional Integration
Abstract
Today we can see the accelerated globalization processes. Globalization has many positive and negative impacts. One of the mentioned negative impacts is the rise of international crime. The liberised free flow of production factors between labour markets provides an opportunity for international offenders. This phenomenon demands international criminal cooperation. The purpose of my study is to investigate international criminal cooperation during the regional integration process and a specific Hungarian case.
