A másodrendű intencionális szintű tudatelméleti diszfunkció és az impulzív agresszió. II. rész
Overwhelming evidence suggests that there is the relationship between early abuses, impulsive aggression and theory of mind (ToM) dysfunction. The focus of this study was on examining whether the impairment of attribution of intentions and beliefs is at every intentional level in case of early abused reactive (impulsive) aggressive persons. Samples were consisted of prisoners convicted for violent crimes. Comparing the results to the control group, the examined group is supposed to function significantly more accurately on the first-order intentional level; whilst a significantly worse performance can be detected on the second-order intentional level. There is no difference found on the higher-order intentional levels.

Vizsgálati személyeink körét erőszakos bűncselekmények elkövetése miatt börtönbüntetésüket töltő fogvatartottak alkották. Eredményeink szerint a vizsgálati csoport szándék- és vélekedéstulajdonításai a kontrollcsoporttal összehasonlítva az elsőrendű intencionális szinten szignifikáns mértékben hatékonyabban; míg a másodrendű szinten jelentősen rosszabb színvonalon működik.

The lowering of the age limit when the offenders can be called to brewed a storm long before the code was completed, even at the time of planning, both among professionals and scientific experts of the field. This present study does not want to take a stand whether the lowering the age limit is an essential or undesired change. In inquiry of what can be expected of a 12-year-old child this descriptive study tries to sum up all those developmental psychological statements and findings that can prove to be helpful in adopting a policy concerning the legal modification. The author would like to review the nature of early adolescence from the point of view of personality psychology and cognitive psychology, describing the development of social relations as well as introducing the theories of moral consciousness and the evolution (development) formation of behaviour.

The study also reveals that despite all the activities conducted by the international community to support the refugees in the region they lack the different dimensions of human security. The article examines how the demographic change in the host countries along with the lack of human security of the refugees could affect the national security in the host countries.

The paper — originally written for the conference commemorating its foundation — discusses the circumstances under which the Border Guard of the Hungarian Army worked. It analyses the contemporary situation, the consequences of the Soviet occupation, the problems caused by the international situation and the conditions for alien policing activities. The author presents how the Border Guard was reorganised several times, as well as the economic conditions that defined its existence.

In the second half of the twentieth century executions were implemented only in exceptional cases. However, barely two hundred years before, 180 committed offenses were punished by death, sometimes in the most brutal way with the aim of deterrence. The methods of execution and torture changed according to the criminal policy decisions of the period. The last executed death penalty in July 1988 closed a period; however, a lot of controversial (legal, ethnic, theological and social) issues remain unresolved.

Alig kétszáz évvel korábban azonban 180 cselekmény elkövetését rendelték halállal büntetni, olykor a legkegyetlenebb, mai szemmel nézve szinte elképzelhetetlen módon, az elrettentés céljával. Mind a kivégzési, mind pedig az azt megelőző kínzási módszerek az adott korszak büntetőpolitikai döntései szerint változtak. Az 1988 júliusában utolsóként végrehajtott halálbüntetés egy korszakot zárt le, azonban számos kérdést hagyott nyitva, amelyek még napjainkban is jogi, etikai, teológiai és társadalmi vitára adnak okot.

On 4th November 1988 Tibor Bukszár, Hungarian policeman was killed at night on Tram number 47, Budapest. A group of young men did karate on the tram and they were very noisy. The policeman told them to stop this behaviour but they continued. The policeman was off duty going home. He had his gun on him and fired a warning shot towards the ceiling. After that one of the young men took hold of his gun. The policeman wanted to escape, but he could not and a young man, Attila Solymosi killed him at a tram stop. The judicial procedure was long: it finished in 1992. My paper sets out to describe what happened based on archive research and contemporary newspaper articles.

A fiatalok Bukszárt lelökték a villamosról, pisztolyát megszerezték, majd egyikük, Solymosi Attila agyonlőtte a férfit, aki a helyszínen meghalt. Az eset megrendítette az emberek közbiztonságba vetett hitét. Az eljárás négy évig tartott, 1992. január 30-án hirdettek ítéletet. Tanulmányomban peres iratok, korabeli sajtócikkek alapján elemzem a történteket.

It examines the state of affairs at the beginning of a new historical era and the various border guard organisations that first operated simultaneously, subordinated to the Ministry of Defence and to the Ministry of Interior, later as part of the Hungarian State Protection Authority (Államvédelmi Hatóság), then directly subordinated to the Ministry of Interior, while at present border guards work within the Police Force, as the border policing branch of the service. The paper also explores the relationships between the objectives set before the border guarding organisations, their tasks, organisational structure and activities.
