Az ADHD fiatalkorú bűnelkövetők esetében való előfordulásának vizsgálata, különös tekintettel az oktatási és kriminológiai összefüggésekre a nemzetközi szakirodalom tükrében

Absztrakt

Bevezetés: Az ADHD hatásai szerteágazók, a kutatók egyértelműen összefüggésbe hozzák a bűnelkövetői magatartással. A fiatalkorú bűnelkövetők körében az ADHD előfordulási gyakorisága jelentősen magasabb, mint az általános populációban, ami mind oktatási, mind kriminológiai szempontból mélyreható következményekkel jár.

Célkitűzés: Tanulmányunkban az ADHD tüneteinek, diagnosztizálási eszközeinek bemutatása mellett feltárjuk, milyen elméletek húzódnak meg a fiatalkorúak bűnelkövetővé válásának hátterében, valamint kitérünk annak vizsgálatára, milyen összefüggések fedezhetőek fel ezen elkövetők oktatási kihívásai és kriminológiai jellemzői vonatkozásában.

Módszer: A téma alapos megismeréséhez felkutattuk az ADHD fiatalkorú bűnelkövetők körében történő előfordulására vonatkozó tudományos szakirodalmat (elsődlegesen a nemzetközi tanulmányokra fókuszálva), főleg a téma pszichológiai, oktatási, kriminológiai vetületét vizsgálva. Nemcsak tanulmányokat, de szisztematikus összefoglalókat is feldolgoztunk a téma jobb megismerése érdekében.

Következtetések: A tanulmány legfőbb értéke a téma szakirodalmi hátterének feldolgozása mellett annak bemutatása, milyen összefüggés fedezhető fel az oktatási és kriminológiai következmények között. Az ADHD korai felismerése az oktatás során kulcsfontosságú, mert mérsékelheti a bűnelkövetés kockázatát azáltal, hogy személyre szabott beavatkozásokat biztosít, amelyek mind a tanulmányi, mind a viselkedési szükségleteket figyelembe veszik. A fiatalkorú bűnelkövetők körében megjelenő ADHD vizsgálata kulcsfontosságú, a velük való foglalkozás mindannyiunk közös érdeke, mert hozzájárulhat ahhoz, hogy a fiatalkorú felnőtt korára rezisztenssé váljon, és ne kövessen el újabb bűncselekményt.
