CBRN Surveillance as a Service within the Framework of Permanent Structured Cooperation

Abstract
The defence cooperation between European Union member states covers a number of areas, including the development of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear detection capabilities and the development of the CBRN Operational Picture. Several Central European nations are working together on this as part of the CBRN Surveillance as a Service project. The authors summarize the project's objectives and results, identify problems, and analyze the potential for national use of the system and its components.
