Changes in the Education of Vehicle Diagnostics at the NUPS MSOT Department of Military Technology

Abstract

In our world today the development of vehicles is accelerated, people use more and more complex and modern vehicles. In the system of the Hungarian Defence Forces these vehicles were authorised and are being authorised. The technical service and maintenance can be achieved only by way of modern diagnostical procedures. The present curriculum of Military Logistics BSc contains diagnostics course as before, and this belongs to the main parts of the education. Our officer candidates have to know how to control the components, and they also study the fault diagnosis and the structure of devices in order to be efficient in their first officer assignment. The diagnostics course highly needs the right quantity and quality of educational technology status. This paper is about the improvement of the diagnostic laboratory in the last year and its increasing capacities due to this improvement.
