APPLICATION OF UAVS IN PUPLIC SERVICE I.

Abstract

The progress of the unmanned aerial vehicle systems has reached the level today that already would enable the extensive spread of usage in practice in many areas of life, thus, carrying out public functions. The revolution of technologies being used also taking place today and the technologies’ integrated usage in the UAV systems might start processes never seen before in the area especially, but not limited to the development of public administration, police authorities, military and disaster management applications and as its effect, there is a new opportunity to get new concepts and processes. However, to make sure to implement these modern equipment and solutions effectively in the activity of the affected organizations, it is necessary to overcome many difficulties and to change the way of thinking at the level of strategy that could affect even the structure and also the entire education and preparation of training. In this publication, the relationship of the international technology trends and the process of the global market and the results of examining legal regulations are summarized that determine fundamentally the structure of the technical requirements that shall be adopted.
