Abstract
According to international and domestic researches, climate change has health effects that can be direct, e.g. heat waves, floods, storm-related deaths, injuries, damage; as well as indirect effects such as the occurrence of vector-borne diseases (e.g. mosquitoes), water quality, air quality, access to food and quality.
This publication investigates the effects of climate change on the population at international and domestic level. The author uses a questionnaire survey to examine how respondents generally think about the health effects of global climate change, how much they perceive and respond to the topic - their vulnerability and exposure based on their self-rescue capacity.
