Abstract

The study seeks to examine in a complex way the nature of the evolution of legal personality in today’s European legal theory, not only in the case of narrower employment / employment law, but also in all “facere” type contracts involving work activities. Therefore, in addition to the classical employment and service relationship, the study covers the relationship between the employment relationship and the business relationship and the atypical employment relationship with entrepreneurial content, self-employment and the problems of new forms of employment through the digital platform in the field of legal personality. The author draws general legal dogmatic conclusions from all this, who notes that Dr. Nóra Jakab, habilitated associate professor, also participated in the research.
