Abstract

Nowadays hydraulic automatic transmission are widely used not only in civilian life, but also in military applications. There are hydraulic automatic transmissions in almost every heavy tracked combat vehicles. The present study describes the Wilson gearbox used in the Leopard 2 tank and its 3D printed model for educational purposes.
