Abstract

The next military engineer presented in our series is Pál Molnár. As a military engineering officer, he fought in the First World War, took part in the national defence campaigns of the Hungarian Soviet Republic’s Red Army, and later on served in the National Army. During his entire career, he served in military engineering assignments, reaching the rank of lieutenant general at the end. His life ended tragically, which is one more reason to commemorate him.
