Risk Factors of High Educational Institutions and the Defence Options

Abstract

In a world of risks all leader considers of how to prevent evolving dangers to companies, industrial units or organizations or if the risks can not be mitigated and the event can not be avoided and what needs to be done in case the event would endanger their personnel, environment and property. Preventive thinking is the most essential in organizations where not only the personnel is at risk but also depending on the type of the organization – patients, students and clients shall be protected from adverse impacts. In this study the author presents risks factors of the institutions of higher education, analyses the tasks of these institutions from disaster defence through response to recovery. The author suggest a process that will result in a better preparation of these institutions and that makes them efficient helpers of professional rescue teams.
