Technical Solutions of Preventing Military Objects Against IED-blasts

Abstract

One of the most popular weapons of the asymmetric warfare or so we call: terrorism, are the homemade or improvised explosive devices (IED). It is very easy and cheap to make these devices, manuals are available in Internet, and the components can be purchased in shops. IED’s tactical effect emerges in the large number of victims, but due to the media, public interest and deterrence, they might have strategic effects. By present days, terrorists’ actions became common, and however in our country these are not happen, but blasts are every-day news in media. Effective protection or even more the prevention, and training to handle these events are the all of us interest.
