Objects and Buildings Protection Against of the Terrorist Bombings

Abstract

Defense of objects and buildings against terrorist bombing is to be studied from the perspective of a security organiser engineer. Pursuant to the standardised facility requirements issued by the Department of Defense, hereinafter referred to as DoD with the title Minimum defense requirements of Buildings against terrorist attacks the focus should be on the organisational security measures. Currently in Hungary the practices of the European Union are not generally accepted, in which the various security organisations are involved in the design and project budgeting right at the beginning of the project and hence the expected costs of security arrangements and systems appear in the budget in a percentage ratio.
