The Dangers of IED Assets Vehicles and the Options of Protection

Abstract

The number of bomb explosions has increased on operation field in the last 15–20 years. Bombings against vehicles became once of main weapons of asymmetric warfare. Development of defense capabilities eclipsed terrain mobility of vehicles, so the MRAP program has successfully stopped. Protection against mines is not enough today, the troops transport nedd a more komplex protection.
