Safety Regulations in System of the Preventive Measures in Environment of Construction System

Abstract

A variety of information is needed to develop the concept of protection which is necessary in close connection with the project. There is a need for construction drawings, plans reconciliations, preparation, field inspection, assessment of policing needs, determining defense capabilities. Considering of the tasks of security guarding, designing effective support for increasing the defense capability of the safety devices, execution and control of their complex requires a single control system. The authors of the article present the main elements of the structure of the safety and operational regulation which is integrates rules, procedures, instructions and measures and point to the need of this.
