Protection Against IED Effects With “Defencell” System

Abstract

Assymetric warfare widespreaded from the beginning of 20th century has no rules, normatives and distinction. There are no proclamation of war and negotiation, the place, timing, equipment and targets are different than in “normal” warfare. Opposite forces are also different: military culture, military potential, equipment and technology sharply differ. A weaker part fights guerilla warfare against a super power state or alliance. In this article we present some technical solution may be used during counter explosive device activity for protection of static targets.
