Appearance of Mobile Communication in Preparation of the Population for the Disasters

Abstract

The recent exceptional occurrences and the dangers named in the documentaries of security policy make it necessary for the wider range of population as well as the residents taking part in protection to have the essential knowledge in case of a disaster. The most effective tool of this is the organized and preplanned preparation. Many vital methods can be used for this aim but mobile communication tools have created new ways of informing people. In this article the authors examine the preparation from the point of view of these tools and analyze the possibilities of application through foreign and in land examples.
