Examination of the Experiences about the Protecion of Critical Systems and Facilities, and Possibilities of the Integration of those in Hungary

Abstract

In our days, the problem of the jurisdictional about the defense of critical systems and facilities in international level, what is the state-specific jurisdictional systems, the properties of the critical systems elements generated. Every state has different environment, where is needed to insert the internationally accepted recommendation to reach the optimal defense level. The author in the article will inspect the international experiences, specifications with specific regard to some members of the European Union, then compare the results with the Hungarian direction The end of the inspection she will get the conclusions with the possibilities of integrations, to find solutions to the appearing difficulties in Hungary.
