The Training Support of the Voluntary Rescue Organisations in Hajdú-Bihar County

Abstract

The safety, the protection against the catastrophes is the fundamental element of all communities of his economic and social development. The voluntary rescue organisations appearing in the defence expressing the civic will to help the creation of the safety with his devices, and his time. The efficiency of the cooperation of professional and voluntary strengths on the harm site is based on the rescue teams’ training and on the continuous development. The social environment changed his situations; the new challenges of the creation of the safety have to appear in the training substance, preparing the voluntary organisations for the composition of the efficient answer on the harm site. In this publication the author considers the local voluntary rescue organisations' training structure in Hajdú-Bihar County, there realization on the reply to the changes of the danger, and the possibility of the sustainable financial background.
