New Method to Assess and Evaluate Nuclear Safety and Security Culture

Abstract

Although the assessment and evaluation of the nuclear safety and security culture determined by international regulations and guidance, the requirements of the implementation is defined quite separate to each other. This paper introduces the international and domestic regulations and guidance of the measurement of organisational culture and attitude of nuclear and other radioactive material associated facility. To study the order of the domestic and international the author draw the conclusion, that the one integrated survey is more efficient and cost effective than separated ones. Paying a special attention on the sensitivity of the data, only the applied processes and method are going to be presented.
