The Enhancement of Security Systems against Explosions in Highly Important Institutions to Increase Security Level

Abstract

Due to the increasing number of terrorist activities in Europe, we have to revise the security systems against explosions considering the highly important institutions concerning the operation of the state. Typically, the already configured security measures are quite efficient regarding some of the threats; however, they should be expandable and should be adapted to changing behaviours and other requirements. During the protection of the buildings we can change the security level only by reconstructing or reshaping the inner premises. Affected buildings can become targets because they are state institutions and people work inside. The author describes the areas that should be taken into consideration in order to increase the security level, such as certain constructional modifications and special tracking solutions.
