Abstract

Industrial Safety Authority exercises overall control over the legally required Safety Management System (SMS) operated by the operators of the dangerous establishments, its key objective is the prevention of industrial accidents and the mitigation of their impacts. The author introduces and summarises the preliminary results of his research activity related to the safety management system.
