Abstract

Stiff and well operating economy is essential for safety of the country. Well operating economy secures from particular effects, processes, acts, and contributes to support of political, legal, social, environmental and defensive systems. However in the face of some special effects unprepared economy, which gets maintained only on the base of existing experience, does not react effectively. Therefore, there is a need to support suitable security and provision systems to compensate these effects.
