„Horeka” Integrated Defence Connection System

Abstract

Today is no longer new notion which come into the common-speak, which is the “HoReKa”. The meaning as an abridge originated from these Hungarian expressions: Honvédelem, Rendvédelem, Katasztrófavédelem as an integrated protection system in the defence administration Impossible to cure out a well taught and well deployed plan for an Integrated Protection System from the informatics systems collection in our digitized life. In this lecture which is part research, I would like to show the relations of the Overall Integrated Protection System (IPS.) Unfortunately they all work only on some subfield of the protection systems, but they are important.
