Specificity of the Fences at the Food Industry Sector

Abstract

This article investigates the build and maintenance of fences, as part of the mechanical protection physical protection within the food industrial sector. The fence itself seems to be a simple hardware, but as soon as it’s week points are stressed, the designer can realize that a good quality hardware protection must be optimized carefully. The article describes the most common design and construction faults. After comparing the local and international solutions the author examines the ideal layout of a new factory install.
