Abstract

One of the most serious social and political problems of our days is the illegal migration, which is indicated by the Middle East wars, the bad living and economic conditions in South-America and Africa. The target areas are the economically more advanced North-America and West-Europe, but the crises influences the transit countries sensitively as well. Because of the migration crisis the border security has come into prominance. The significance of the area protection has grown, the target countries are continously looking for the most suitable legaslation, border protecion solutions, and development opportunities to stop the migration crisis.
