This is an extract of an article issued in Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung dated 16th June 2002. The author defines special explosive devices used by terrorists as “panic-bomb” or “dirty-bomb”. These devices split radioactive load into their surrounding. The author introduces the possible places of obtaining radioactive material and the chances of protection.
